Disruptive and emerging technologies—such as artificial intelligence, bioengineering, autonomous systems, and quantum computing—present substantial challenges and opportunities to the United States and its allies. To ensure the resilience of deterrence and defense, as well as of civil society, it is critical that allies continue to assess how these technologies could affect security. 

Join »ªÌå»á and the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairsâ€� Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre (E-ARC) for a workshop on how the US and its allies should address the promises and perils of emerging technologies.
