The Biden administration’s efforts to revive the Iran nuclear deal have failed. Even as the Islamic Republic refuses to accept terms acceptable to the West, it has armed proxies in the Middle East and North Africa, some of whom have conducted attacks on American bases and allies. It has supplied Russia with attack drones that are targeting weapons systems in Ukraine the United States and its allies have donated.
