While the U.S. continues to lead on global enforcement efforts, the U.K. has introduced an innovative series of measures to crack down on illicit financial flows.

Mr. Mitchell has led recent bipartisan efforts to crack down on money laundering through the British Overseas Territories, which include several notorious tax havens.
