In Strategic Failure, historian Mark Moyar examines the Obama administration鈥檚 defense and security policy decisions. Dr. Moyar, a former Senior Fellow at the Joint Special Operations University and consultant to the U.S. Special Operations Command and U.S. Central Command, argues that the administration鈥檚 policies have weakened America鈥檚 position in the world, undermined key allies, and contributed to the most uncertain world situation since the end of the Cold War.
